Winners and Linkys

Well, since I am feeling generous ( and I only had 3 people who left email addresses) I am going to send out 3 copies of my School Store. So ladies that commented, check your email. :)

Tonight I am linking up with Latoya from Flying Into First Grade for her Sunday Get To Know You linky party.

Todays theme is what 3 things you would take with if you were stranded on a desert island.

1. I would for sure bring my family with me. Peanut would look SO cute in a little grass skirt running around on the beach. And my husband is like MacGyver, so that man would be able to figure out a way off the beach using only a log, a coconut, and a hair tie! :)

2. Assuming this desert island gets electricity and has Wi-Fi I would bring my Kindle. I could check Pinterest, email, Facebook, AND read books. It doesn't get much better than that!

3. Fresh Drinking Water.
I am sure that on an island that has electricity and Wi-Fi I can find some fresh water somewhere. ;) HOWEVER! Just to be on the safe side that would be important. I drink A L.O.T. of water throughout the day and I don't enjoy the headache I get when I don't have enough. :)

One more linky tonight. This one is from First Grade Smiles. Her linky is opinions on blogging, what we like and why.

Hope you can read all of those answers. If you click on the picture it gets bigger.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday night friends!

  1. How practical of you to think of water! I have seen the blog question linky a few times now and need to sit down and link up.

  4. I found you through the Let's Talk About Blogs linky.
I can barely manage to post once a week! I usually can only get time to blog after all the kids have gone to bed and most nights I fall asleep at the computer before I can write a thing! I am amazed at bloggers who can post several times a week:)

    1. Nikki,
I only have 1 kidlet though and you have 3! Good for you for even finding time to sit down! LOL! I didn't post through the entire month of December because I was just too busy. The Friday linky has been my best friend because it gives me a topic and a focus for when I am not sure what to post about. Try that one sometime. :) Thanks for stopping by!

  5. I find posting regularly super hard to do. And I have no kiddies at home! Haha. So I try to commit to at least one thing like the Five for Friday linky. That way I have at least one post a week. :)

    1. That's a good strategy, Sometimes when my Friday posts are super long I kick myself for not posting something before then. :)

  6. I see you are no longer a no-reply blogger! Yay! I can chat back and forth with you! I rarely reply to bloggers on my blogs because they aren't notified, I do it through email or by visiting their blog, but I'm excited to chat back and forth with you now!! I always forget to go back and check other blogs for replies too!

  7. YAY for not being a No-Reply Blogger anymore! I wrote you this super long email back a few days ago, hit send, then realized that you prob didn't get it :( But basically it said that we weren't sure if we were going to keep our house on the market or not b/c of Keith's job in our town
UPDATE: SURPRISE! Yesterday we got an accepted offer on our house. We have to be out by May 15th. We have no place to go. Excellent... :/

PS I love that pic of you and your fam! SOOO sweet!!

  8. I aim for 2 times a week, but that sometimes doesn't happen! Although this week I am hosting a giveaway and planned a blog post EVERY.SINGLE.DAY! What? I feel like it might be overkill! ha!

Drinking water is a good one! I would be in trouble without my giant water bottle.
